We may just be able to beat the online price you see! We do not charge a transfer fee for firearms ordered through us.

All firearm transfers comply with federal (ATF), Florida, and local laws. Buyers must complete required background checks and 4473 paperwork at a licensed FFL dealer. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals.

Anyone who is the purchaser of a firearm is responsible to know if they are able to do so. Florida firearm purchases are subject to FDLE background checks. In the event of a non-approval, purchasers have 60 days from the date of denial to submit an appeal to FDLE. An Appeal Form will be given to the purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible to complete this form and submit anything FDLE needs. Those who receive a Non-Approval from FDLE during the background check will be charged a $30.00 fee as the transfer was attempted.

The purchaser can also pay any costs/fees to return the firearm where purchased, if the seller agrees, in lieu of filing an appeal. 1787 Tactical will charge additional fees (determined during this process) for dropping off the firearm to the location for shipping (I.E.: USPS, FedEx, UPS). This fee is in addition to the Non-Approval fee.
